At AcrylicPress, every piece is custom-made from your images. Because of this, we cannot accept returns unless there is a production issue or shipping damage.

We Replace Your Order If:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective (contact us within 7 days with photos).
- Your package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Not Eligible for Returns:
- Custom products (if you change your mind).
- Minor variations in color/placement.
- Digital services or proofs.
- Orders older than 30 days.

Return Process:
- Email us for an RMA before returning.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- We cover return shipping only for defects/damage.

Cancellations & Changes:
- Cancel within 2 hours of ordering.
- Changes may be possible before shipping; fees may apply if production started.

Quality Notes:
- Upload high-resolution images for best results.
- AcryliPrint™ panels may contain tiny imperfections/variations, only remade if highly visible.
- Keep products out of direct sunlight and clean with a soft cloth.

Your new acrylic artwork will only need an occasional dusting. Wipe gently with a non-abrasive cloth.

To remove any dirt or streaks from the acrylic, use a small amount of mild soap with water and rub gently with a clean, soft cloth. Follow up with a clean, damp cloth and dry by blotting with a soft cloth.

Please refrain from using any products that contain ammonia or alcohol as they will damage the acrylic. We recommend using Novus #1 for cleaning acrylic to a beautiful glossy shine.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not use paper towels or other rough materials on your artwork. Be careful to never get the back of your acrylic prints wet.
