Return & Replacement Policy
At AcrylicPress, each product is individually made to order using the image you provide. We stand behind the quality of our work and take great care with every print. This policy outlines how replacements, remakes, and order adjustments are handled for all custom acrylic products. Since every order is custom-made, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
When We Offer a Replacement
We will replace your order only in the following cases:
• The product arrives damaged in transit (you must document the damage with the carrier, including photos of both the packaging and the product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery).
• The package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
If a shipment is delayed or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
Please note: If shipping damage occurs, you may not need to return the item. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.
If you’re not satisfied with the finished product (excluding minor variations in color, tone, or placement), please contact us with your order number and details. We will review the issue and advise if a remake is appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement (before production begins).
• Changes may be possible prior to shipping; additional fees may apply once production has started.
Quality Notes
• Submit high-resolution images (200 dpi accepted, 300 dpi preferred) for the best results. We print all files exactly as they are submitted and do not adjust color, crop, or resolution.
• The interpretation of 'too light' or 'blurry' depends entirely on the quality of the original image provided. Please send clear photos of any issue so our team can help determine the cause.
• Our process does not produce smudges, stains, or ink bleeding. If an imperfection is present, it must be visible at a normal viewing distance (arm’s length) and within the active viewing area to qualify for a remake. Please send images so we can review the issue and confirm next steps.
• AcryliPrint™ panels may include subtle variations inherent to the fusion process, which are not considered defects.
• Keep acrylic prints out of direct sunlight and clean only with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
